This entity shall be herein after known as ACTUAL or “The Company”.

The Company complies with Organic Law15/1999 of the Protection of Personal Data Protection Act known herewith as LOPD (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal) and with any other current legislation on the subject maintaining a Privacy Policy on personal data where, primarily, the use which The Company makes of personal data is described, where users and those interested are informed in detail of the express circumstances of said use and of the security measures which apply to that personal data to avoid non authorised third party access to it.

In accordance with article 5 of the LOPD, ACTUAL states that data of a personal nature which may be provided via this web page, as well as any other data that can be provided throughout commercial relations, will be entered into a file created under the name ACTUAL, duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) Registry.

Generally, the data will be used by The Company for the appropriate administration of services requested, distributed via any channel including electronic (e-mail and mobile phone), of commercial information concerning ACTUAL and other companies that are part of its group.
By ticking the box “I have read and accept”, you consent to the Company managing the data for the aforementioned purposes, while taking into account that your replies to possible questions which may arise are of an optional nature.
